Deleting your account
You can do this yourself, in the app, at any time.
In the app
Open Account, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. If your account has a password you will be asked for it. Accounts created with Apple, Google, or as a guest never set one, so those are confirmed without a password.
What is removed
- Your account, email address, display name and password.
- Your links to Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your membership of any tournament, and any scorer assignments.
What stays, and why
Tournaments you created are not deleted. Other people are still playing in them, and removing a tournament would erase their scores too. They simply stop being linked to you. Scores you entered stay on the card as part of the result, no longer attributed to your account.
If you want a tournament itself deleted as well, email us from the address on the account before you delete it, and say which tournament. Once the account is gone we have no way to confirm it was yours.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.
